Christopher J. Kopley is the sole principal and owner of the firm. Mr. Kopley is a Licensed Environmental Professional in the State of Connecticut and a licensed geologist in Pennsylvania. He regularly manages projects subject to both Federal and state regulations and works daily with CTDEEP personnel. In his 40+ years of professional experience, he has worked on projects located in Florida, New York, Connecticut, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Virginia, West Virginia, Maryland, Ohio, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Minnesota, Tennessee, Texas and Kentucky.
Gavin Kopley brings a multidisciplinary approach to AER, combining technical field expertise with a foundational background in real estate transactions. A graduate of Southern Connecticut State University with a B.S. in Environmental Science (Geology concentration), he specializes in the execution of Phase I and II Site Investigations and the supervision of soil and groundwater characterization.
